Shipping & Returns

Almost everything I make is made specifically for you: commissions, live illustrations and personalised work. That is why returns work differently per product. This page explains it per subject, so you know exactly what applies before you order.

Shipping

Original artworks and other physical items from this webshop are packed carefully and sent with tracking. Shipping costs and delivery options for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. The expected processing time is stated on the product page. I deliver within the stated time and in any case within 30 days after your order. If I cannot deliver within that time, I will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

The risk of damage or loss during transport lies with me until the order is delivered to you. Please check the package on arrival.

Original artworks: 14 days to change your mind

An original artwork that already exists and is bought from this webshop is not made to your personal specifications. As a consumer you may therefore withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you received it, without giving a reason.

To do so, send a clear statement to info@onelineartworks.com within this period, for example by using the model form below. Then return the artwork, carefully packed, within 14 days after your notice. The direct cost of returning is for you. Before you send anything back, please email me so that I can confirm the return details; the correspondence address is not a visiting address.

After I have received the artwork in the same condition, or after you have shown that you have sent it back, I refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after your notice, using the same payment method you used. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the artwork. Please pack it well, as I can only refund an artwork that arrives undamaged.

No returns or withdrawal for everything else

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following, per subject:

Commissions and work made to your specifications. Fashion illustration, illustration for brands and publications, places and travel, and any artwork that is personalised or made on request for you (for example with names, a date or your own wishes). This work is made specifically for you, so it cannot be returned or withdrawn from once I have started. Please read the proposal carefully before you confirm it.

Live illustration and guest illustrations. This is a service on a specific date. There is no right of withdrawal once the booking is confirmed and the service takes place. Conditions for changing or cancelling a booking are in the proposal and in section 5 of the Terms & Conditions.

Coloring Café tickets. A ticket is for a specific edition on a specific date, so the right of withdrawal does not apply and tickets are non-refundable. You may pass your ticket on to another person; please email me beforehand with the new attendee's name. If I cancel or reschedule an edition, you receive a full refund or a ticket for the new date.

Digital files. Digital products that are delivered immediately, with your consent, cannot be withdrawn from once delivery has started.

Books. My books are sold through Amazon, not through this website. Shipping, payment and returns for books follow Amazon's terms.

Damaged or not as described

This applies to everything you buy from me. If your artwork arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered or agreed, please email photos within 7 days of receipt so that we can find a solution, such as a replacement, a repair or a refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
