Who is responsible

Studio One Line Artworks (One Line Artworks), a sole proprietorship of Meltem Yarangümeli, KvK number 85437778, VAT number NL004093836B29, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. What I collect, why, and on what basis

Enquiries (contact and enquiry form, email): your name, email address and the details you share, such as date, place and your plan. Purpose: to reply and prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

Orders and tickets: name, email, address, order details and payment details, handled through the Shopify checkout. Purpose: to process and deliver your order, handle payment and meet legal obligations. Basis: agreement and legal obligation (such as tax administration).

Waitlist for Coloring Café: your name and email address. Purpose: to tell you when tickets for the next edition open, or when a place becomes available. You are only emailed about Coloring Café. Basis: your consent.

Newsletter (if you subscribe): your email address. Purpose: to send news about my work. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

Website use: technical data such as your IP address, device and pages visited, and, only with your consent, analytics data. Purpose: to keep the site secure and working and to improve it. Basis: legitimate interest (security) and consent (analytics).

Instagram feed: the feed on the homepage is shown through the Instafeed app and loads content from Instagram (Meta). When you view it, your browser may connect to Instagram and Meta may process technical data. See the Cookie Policy.

Who receives your data

I only share data with parties that help me run the business: Shopify (webshop, checkout, forms, customer list and email), payment providers (to process payments), shipping carriers (to deliver orders), email and bookkeeping services, and the Instafeed app (Instagram feed). These parties process data on my behalf or under their own privacy terms. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not sell your data.

How long I keep your data

Only as long as needed for the purpose and to meet legal retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 12 months. Financial records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Waitlist details are removed after the edition has passed or when you ask. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. Email info@onelineartworks.com; I respond within one month. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers; I never see or store your full card details.
