Does the poster come in a frame?

No, unfortunately we don’t have frames available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight and location. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

When will I receive my order?

Within Europe, Standard Shipping takes 2-9 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the destination.
Internationally it will take 12 to 20 working days, depending on the destination.

How are my posters shipped?

We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced in and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
- Flat cardboard envelope for posters up to A4
- Tube for posters above a4 with shipping roll in NL, BE, FR, UK, NO, CH, DK, DE, AU, SG, AT
- Tube for posters above A4 in remaining countries
- Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil

Can I return my posters?

Unfortunately not. All sales are final. Because our products are custom made, returns are not possible. If there’s any problem with your order or any specific reason why you’d like to return a product, please contact the live chat or info@onelineartworks.com.
 

Where are the products produced?

Our products are designed in the Netherlands and produced worldwide. We offer local production in countries all over the globe and have more than 100 production partners. Distributed production across multiple locations does not only speed up delivery times but also helps reduce costs, carbon emissions and enables us to support local businesses. In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

Can I place a digital order of the collection products?

Digital orders are only available as custom products. The collection products are not available as a digital order.

Can I see a sample of my custom product before I purchase?

The custom products are hand drawn upon order. That means it’s not possible to see a sample or your custom order.
Your illustration is especially made for you, and the sample would mean the endproduct. If you’re not sure about the submitted file/picture, please contact the live chat or info@onelineartworks.com.

Does my baby or pet count as a person?

Yes, a baby or pet does count as a person.

Do you draw beards, mustaches, caps, (sun)glasses, (hair) accessoires or items held in hand?

Glasses, sunglasses, caps and other hair accessoires will be drawn. Items held in hand will be drawn if necessary for the drawing, if not they will be left undrawn. A mustache in the middle of the face cannot be drawn. If it's an important part of the picture, please contact for tips on how to make sure it's suitable for a One Line Artwork. When there’s both a beard and mustache, they will be drawn as one, and may appear thicker because of the concept of line art.

Do you draw the background, surroundings or large items (like a chair/table/boat/car)?

The background will not be drawn, but it is possible in some cases to request this. Please contact if the background is of importance for the picture. Large items or surroundings will not be drawn it they are not necessary for the picture. If requested or necessary for the picture/poses, please contact the live chat or info@onelineartworks.com. In such cases it will most likely be added as an extra person. 

Can you draw me a couple sizes smaller or bigger?

Unfortunately, we don’t do such requests. We advice you to pick a photo you feel comfortable in and are confident about. If there’s a particular reason for any changes or requests, you can always contact the live chat or info@onelineartworks.com

Can I add or erase a person to an existing picture?

Yes, that’s possible! Sometimes a person is missing, or a person is captured which you’d like to erase. We provide an editing/photoshop service for such requests. Please contact the live chat or info@onelineartworks.com for the possibilities or more information.

Is it possible to customize or add text to a collection product?

No, collection products are not customizable. That means it’s not possible to add text.
For custom orders you can have a look at shop>custom.

Do you make logos?

Yes! I also provide logo services. If you’re interested, feel free to contact info@onelineartworks.com for more info.

Do you provide event services, like an experience?

Yes! On request, it’s possible to book me as a live illustrator at your event. You can contact info@onelineartworks.com with your event information so we can discuss possibilities.
