What's new?
How exciting, a new website! And with a new website, comes a new system of course. But what does that mean for you? What's new and what will be changing?
For starters, the paper quality improved. We upgraded to premium, matte (uncoated), museum-quality posters. The paper is not only thick and long-lasting, it's also responsibly sourced FSC certified paper from sustainably managed forests. We're sure you will love the new quality just as much as we do.
Another exciting thing is, no more waitlists! You may recall the 'Fully booked - get on the waitlist' notifications we had before. Well, no more. With the new website, all orders are operated smoothly, which means we can take on a lot more custom orders than before. We're also able to help you faster through the live chat function. Any questions you have, we're here for you.
Speaking of faster; not only did the service improve, delivery upped it's game as well. We offer local production in countries all over the globe and have more than 100 production partners. Distributed production across multiple locations does not only speed up delivery times but also helps reduce costs, carbon emissions and enables us to support local businesses. In other words: faster, responsible, worldwide shipping available from now on.
The only thing we have to leave behind is the custom packing service for the Custom and Collection pieces. Right now the posters are shipped in sturdy packaging protecting the poster. We use different packaging depending on the size as well as the country where the item is produced in and shipped to. The popular packing reels are still applicable on the exclusive Studio pieces, but more on that soon!
We have also updated our terms and conditions. The only difference is that we no longer ask for permission before posting a custom One Line Artwork on our platform, as it is highly exceptional customers say no. In our experience almost all of you are happy to share their wonderful artworks, and feel like line art is already anonymous. Most of you even proudly share their framed artworks in their interior, for us to repost. Did you know you can use #onelineartworks or tag us @oneline.artworks to get featured!
Last but not least, with all of these new resources we are able to implement new designs and provide a more diverse collection of minimal line art. Each design tells a different story, translated into just one line. We can't wait to show you what we've been working on! Which story will you choose?
